We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

How it works

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please include a photo — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no return required.

Returns

For non-defective returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processed for shipping.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us and we'll sort it out.
